Run by 2nd Degree Black Belt and CYT5oo hour Yoga instructor Chris Baird, D.C.M.A offer first-class martial arts and fitness training to the local community. Our classes are affordable, accessible and aim to improve the quality of life of our students and members. We hold weekly Self Defence, Kickboxing, Yoga and Fitness sessions in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at our venue in Brislington.
