Our instructor Chris is a CYT500 hour fully qualified Yoga practitioner, a certified Ayurvedic nutritionist and has been studying yoga for over a decade. During each 60-minute class you can expect to focus on Pranayama (breath) exercises, Asana (poses/alignment) and perhaps explore some Meditation or Yoga Nidra.
These classes are designed to invigorate the body to allow the mind to relax and unwind. Our Yoga sessions are suitable for beginners to intermediate level practitioners, and we can modify poses to suit all ability levels and bodies.
